The common preconceptions with mall dining is that it rarely serve good food, but Chandara is an exception. Brought by Jittlada group who are well known for their Thai specialty, Chandara is their take on Thai fine-dining and we must admit they did it exceptionally well. The restaurant boast an elegant interior with chandeliers made from wine glasses and a touch of culture with sculpture of Buddha on the walls. After settling down with great comfort, it is time to have a look at what they have to offer in their menu.
Goong Hom Sabai can be a great starter with its crunchy deep fried shrimp roll. While their signa-ture Green Curry Chicken is a league of its own. Made from fresh ingredients, the paste set the tone of a fine dish. It is thick, flavourful and rich. Everything you wish from a curry. You’ll find yourself sipping to the last dip. And to close the meal, Chandara owns a great line of desserts to choose from. Diner’s favourite is Fak Thong Sangkaya, a coconut custard served in boiled pumpkin.
