Reflecting Your Life through Letter Writing/Doodling
✨OVERVIEW
Living in a world that moves so fast, it is necessary to wind down and reflect back on the life that we have flourish.
Let us sit back, relax, and see for ourselves, we’re aging like wine. No prior art experience is necessary!
In this session, you will be able to doodle something about yourself and another participant in the class.
After the session, the letter will be put into a time capsule, in form of a wine bottle.

5 mins Introduction
Opening & a brief walkthrough of the session
10 mins Get to know your neighbors
The participants will have the opportunity to talk to the person next to them and given prompts to discuss.
15 mins Draw Yourself Now + Future
The participants will doodle themselves in the present and their aspirations for the future.
30 mins Letter to Myself
The participants will write down a letter for their future self in writing or doodling.
10 mins Letter to My Neighbor
As a token of appreciation, the participants will write down a letter for the person next to them
10 mins Letter in A Bottle
To close the session, each of the letters will be put into a time capsule in a form of wine bottle. Participants will write down the date to open the letter, several years later.
