The Menu Is Simplistic With 4 “Signatures,” A Couple Of Paellas And A List Of Around 18 Tapas Dishes Which Changes Every Couple Of Months Depending On Availability And The Creative Fancy Of Catalunyan Head Chef Arturo Godó I Hernández. We Begin With One Of Their Most Modestly Priced Tapas Dishes, The “Seasonal Vegetable Stew”. It’S Packed With Delicately Flavoured Asparagus, Carrots, Radishes And More, Accentuated With Aniseed Hits From Fennel Fronds, A Warm Umami Undertone From The Porcini Foam And The Slightest Saltiness From Tiny Cubes Of Bacon. Other Tempting Plates Include Their “Pig Ear Tempura, Watercress, Spicy Vinaigrette,” And Their “Suquet Of Fish, Clams, Lobster, Hazlenut”. With Plates Priced Between (Roughly) Idr 35,000 To Idr 600,00, A Few Of The Dishes May Seem A Bit Pricey, But Bear In Mind That They Are Larger Portions Than Your Average Tapas.
