Sushi Sei

Sushi Sei is located in Plaza Senayan, Jakarta just right in the opposite of X2 Club. The interior is just right, not authentic yet elegant with their big semi-boat-like design. I took the first bite on the salmon belly and in the same second, I was admitting in my heart that this is truly one of the best salmon belly I've ever eaten. Truly I have no idea of why did that salmon belly taste so good! Beside their thick slice, the freshness of the fish contribute most of the taste I think. It was just so so tasty. The rolls, thick-tamago, and the ika were decent. Sweet shrimp was really good
