This supremely skilled chef first helmed operations down at the capital’s classy Riva before moving on to the now world-famous Mosaic in Ubud, Bali. if you’re familiar with Monsieur Le Rasle’s oeuvre, then the cuisine at chateau Le Blanc should be somewhat familiar to your palate.
