Selain Instagram-able, Ini Dia Fakta Lain Tentang Raclette Cheese!
Kemang juga ada tempat yang bisa kamu coba nih. Bertandang ke Sperta Restaurant, coba deh lirik di menu Brunch It Up. Sambil makan yang sedikit fancy, nggak masalah kok. Yang penting bisa sambil cobain juga!

Brunch it up
Seneng banget bisa ikutan icip-icip makanan di Sperta Grand Kemang Jakarta, suasanya cozy dengan interior lux dan elegan ditambah staff hotel dan restoran yang baik-baik banget, yuk ikutin ceritanya disini 1. Salad Corner Tergoda banget dengan aneka sayur warna warni yang segar. Disini disediakan mangkuk besar untuk aduk-aduk salad dengan bahan-bahan yang kamu suka. Tinggal tambah dressing yang kamu suka dan jadilah salad versi kamu. 2. Raclette Cheese A Simple dish but taste so good. Keju susu kambing yang dilelehin pake panas dari lampu dan lelehannya itu ditaruh diatas kentang rebus dan beberapa pickle. Duh asli gurih dan bikin ketagihan 3. Pasta Corner Pilihan pastanya banyak dan isiannya juga lengkap. Yang saya coba ini Spaghetti dengan jamur dan saus bolognaise duh enak banget al dente! Info dari restoran coba juga yang Cream Cheese Sauce nya itu juga enak! 4. Hot Chocolate Pudding Nah yang ini beken banget rasanya! Tekstur cakenya moist dan spongy, saus coklatnya yang lumer menyelimuti cake nya sekali gigit bikin ketagihan! 5. Waffle and Pancake Corner Di sini waffle dan pancake kamu dijamin bakal selalu hangat. Pilihan toppingnya juga komplit. Kamu bisa bikin waffle versi kamu sendiri tingga ditambah selai atau buah seperti yang saya coba ini waffle dengan sselai blueberry dan strawberry ice cream. 6. Dessert Corner Belum puas dengan dessert diatas kamu bisa pilih red velvert cake, cup cake, pannacotta, pie dan aneka dessert lainnya yang tersusun rapi di rak dessert. 7. Pool Tropibar Corner Cobain deh Piccolo nya yaitu mojito dengan campuran jus nanas yang rasanya refreshing banget. Semua makanan tadi bisa kamu coba di paket AYCE brunch it up setiap minggu jam 12pm-3pm. Beberapa menu disesuaikan dengan lidah bule tapi percaya deh spaghettinya enak, raclette cheese dan hot chocolate pudding nya harus coba!

Happy Tummy
Puas banget makan disini!!Banyak pilihan dari mulai appetizer,main course sampe ke dessertnya.Waktu itu dateng ke acara Brunch it up, menu yang paling favorit disini menurut gue sirloin + mushroom saucenya and buat dessert waffle+chocolate sauce. Ohya, eskrim matcha nya juga lembut banget dan ga terlalu manis.Love it. Pelayanan disini juga oke, tempat bersih dan bebas asap rokok.

Brunch It Up !
Yesterday, i were invited to Grand Kemang Hotel for their sunday brunch program called Brunch It Up.. The hotel manager named Florent has explained that their brunch program consist of meats, freshest seafood, variety of french desserts and western food.. you can enjoy their program from 12pm - 3pm for IDR 325.000++/person.. Florent himself strongly convince me to try their Raclette Cheese with boiled potato.. Raclette is cheese made from semi-firm cow milk that fermented for 6months.. their F&B manager named Edoard also recommend it to me.. so i guess, i should try it.. Raclette cheese heated with heat lamp until it's melted.. when it's melted, the chef slicing that melted cheese into my plate.. Edoard recommend me to add potato, baby onion and dried beef slices.. when i try the cheese itself, it textures a bit chewy & tastes mild-salty with sour aftertaste.. mixed it up with anything and it will be tasted good.. my preferences is to mixed the cheese with dried beef slices.. i can taste meat-savory blended perfectly with mild-salty from the cheese.. perfect.. Ive tried their Sirloin too, cooked into medium-doneness.. tastes juicy but their mushroom sauce too plain for me.. should be more kicking from its mushroom.. Their grilled fish with butter lemon is overcooked for me.. it's hard to bite and the lemon butter just a glimpse (very thin accent of lemon) I dont try their seafood coz it's not interesting and not make me want to pick it up.. their lighting not good, the color of the seafood look pale and doesnt awake my appetite.. plus too much ice on the bed (seafood should be on less ice bed so it'll gives overflowing and fresh looks) Their desserts? I must admit that their desserts so good.. all of them tastes sweet but not oversweet with right textures.. Their Hot Chocolate Pudding is the main star... chocolate pudding bathed in hot chocolate.. tastes so bold with chocolate bitter-sweet, its textures similar like sponge cake.. delish.. Their eclairs also good especially Vanilla Eclairs.. My conclusion, Sperta need improvement on their lighting setting (in the seafood section), flavor-level taste (coz their main customers are foreigners that love mild and natural taste?, it's contradictive with indonesian people who love rich in flavor).. For me, Sperta strongly offers that lovely-delicious Raclette Cheese and desserts.. you should try it
