Udang kipas (Slipper lobster) steamed with garlic, meat very sweet and fresh and cooked perfectly. Crab with fried bihun, this is not the first time eating this but everytime the bihun always come out differently. Sometimes very tasty, sometimes a bit tasteless. Kerang bamboo jumbo (jumbo bamboo clam) cultured by the restaurant itself. The bamboo clams is huge compare to the usual size. The clam is cooked just right, so it is not rubbery but tender and juicy. We tried the tauco way. Would like to try the sauce padang next time. We also tried the kerapu fish cooked with bihun soup, absolutely a must try. The kerapu fish is also cultured by the restaurant itself and the size is above 1kg.
