Penang Bistro has their act together when it comes to cookin'! I tend to call it Malay-fusion style cooking. Just like any of your favorite restaurants, you probably have certain favorite dishes that you only order... as I too do the same when I visit Penang Bistro. Everything is good in my opinion, but I always order the Tom Yum soup - it will make your tongue dance! The mango chicken is also good along with roti canai with chicken curry. Too much to list!
