Not your standard shabu shabu! The broth was.m not overly spicy, just right but it was like a delicious herbal and flavorful soup. We enjoyed all you can eat lamb and beef with loads of fresh vegetables, tofu and dumplings. I could eat this shabu with the dumplings only! We also ordered their thick noodle soup called You Po Mian with Beef which was full of flavor. I loved it so much I will Gojek this stuff next time! The food is consistently good and I highly recommend you come here with a large group of friends as this eating style is as much social as it's delicious!

Mongolian/Chinese shabu shabu
First time trying non Japanese shabu shabu and I was thoroughly impressed. This place gets straight to the point. Great service and amazing food. We tried most of the meat selection, I would recommend the Lamb Shoulder. If you are looking for a slightly cheaper alternative to other hot pot / shabu shabu places, Little Sheep is a must try!

Glorious Dao Xiao Mian!
Crush Level: Food (4/5), Service (4.5/5), Ambience (3.5/5) Date of Visit: 31/07/2016 Just a few nights ago, my family and I decided to dine at Little Sheep Shabu Shabu, one of the most authentic world-famous Mongolian shabu-shabu houses. We opted for the Special Half/Half Original And Spicy Broth (IDR 88K++). The original one was rich and a little peppery, but it was indeed heartwarming! On the contrary, the spicy one was a major burn for the tongue. I kind of like the original broth, but my family members deemed the hot pot to be a little too authentic for their taste buds. Other than the hot pot, I also ordered a bowl of warm Beef Dao Xiao Mian With Soup (IDR 49K++), and I have to admit that the bowl scored an awesome victory. The noodle was thickly cut, chewy, yet soft at the same time. It was super good. The rich broth was the ultimate perfection! I finally found a restaurant that could heal my craving for an insanely tasty dao xiao mian, after my favourite restaurant at Muara Karang closed down. The hot pot might be a little too authentic, but for the sake of the glorious dao xiao mian, I’d recommend the restaurant to everyone. It was surely one dish not to be missed. *Nona Tukang Makan was not invited or paid by any individual or business to write this review. The opinion stated is strictly hers.
