Collage, restoran All-Day Dining hotel Pullman Jakarta Central Park ini terletak di ketinggian 12 lantai dari Central Park Mall. Dengan standard sebagai hotel bintang 5 dan merupakan salah satu Up Scale Hotel dari jaringan Accor Group. Konsep restorannya modern minimalis, dengan kapasitas yang cukup luas dan suasana yang nyaman. Lokasi buffet yang cukup tersebar, bikin customer jalan dari satu tempat ke tempat lain, sekaligus 'menurunkan' makanan. Tema di buffet berganti setiap harinya dan bergilir setiap minggu. Khusus pada hari Senin, tema yang dihadirkan Monday Latino Fiesta. Sesuai dengan namanya, makanan-makanan Mexico & Spanish menjadi highlight utama di hari Senin ini. Beberapa menu yang seperti Seafood Paella, Nachos, Tacos, Quesadilla, dan banyak lainnya siap diambil dan disantap dari meja buffet. Seafood Paella, menjadi salah satu menu yang wajib dicoba saat ke sini. Makanan khas Spanyol ini jarang bisa dinikmati untuk ukuran personal. Karena bahan-bahan yang digunakan banyak dan proses pembuatannya lama, biasanya di restoran dijual untuk porsi minimal 3-4 orang. Sedangakn di Spanyol sendiri, Paella baru dibuat apabila ada acara (biasanya keluarga) dengan jumlah sampai dengan 10 orang. Untuk menambah keceriaan, dekorasi pada meja buffet juga dihias menggunakan hiasan khas Mexico. Selain makanan Latin, masih tersedia pula menu Indonesia, Chinese, Japanese, India, Western dll. Sebagai teman minum, customer juga bisa memesan beberapa menu coktails (Rp 180k). Barrel Aged Negroni jadi favorit di sini, terutama buat para pria, karena rasanya yang cukup kuat. Campuran dari sweeth vermouth, campari bitters, London Dry Gin dan Bouimore memberikan aroma fresh dengan rasa sedikit peppery dan sedikit manis di ujungnya. Collage juga merupakan hotel restaurant di Jakarta yang memperoleh penghargaan sebagai salah satu Jakarta's Best International Restaurant.

Satu-satunya restoran milik Pullman Jakarta Central Park ini punya dining area yang cukup luas dengan kapasitas hingga 200 orang. Desain restorannya nampak minimalis tapi artistik. Pelayanan di sini cukup bagus. Waiter-nya ramah dan tanggap dengan kebutuhan tiap customernya. Bagi pecinta buffet, variasi makanan cukup banyak, mulai dari Japanese, Indonesian, Indian, Chinese dan Western. Untuk kali ini gw order menu ala carte-nya. 72 hours Signature Short Ribs dan Indian Butter Chicken. * 72 hours Signature Short Ribs Dipresentasikan dengan cantik dan menarik, daging iga sapi ini sebelumnya telah dimasak dalam suhu rendah. Sebagai side dish ditambahkan potato gratin, baby carrot dan beef jus. Tekstur daging masih juicy banget dengan tingkat kematangan medium. Well seasoning and match with beef jus. Potato gratin-nya mnrt gw kurang halus but had good taste. * Indian Butter Chicken Ayam rempah khas India dengan butter dan saus tomat disajikan dengan nasi India dan naan bread. Walaupun di menu tertulis ada nasi India, namun saat disajikan tidak turut disajikan. Ayamnya very well cooked. Masih tender banget teksturnya. Bumbu-nya juga berasa gurih plus merasuk sampai ke dalam dagingnya. Very nice. Overall menu ala carte-nya cukup memuaskan, alternatif sebagai pilihan non buffet. (021116)

Suasana yang terbangun tetap santai, lengkap dengan pemandangan yang wah dan interior yang nyeni. Kalau mereka bisa serius soal tempat, jangan ragukan keseriusan mereka dalam hal menyiapkan makanan.

Came back in Jakarta and it's October, time for celebrate Germany October Festival. Many restaurant has been offering Germany food package this month. This time i am having chance dinner at Collage, it is spotted at Pullman Hotel Central Park. Actually i have been here for several times before, as i know they are serving many variant of foods by asian or western. This evening, they have different menu by October festival event. I am going to have Germany style menu from main course to dessert. First start, i am having Corn Soup. It is beautiful yellow color, warm and taste sweet. Sure it is lovely, and here is tiny plate of Germany Cucumber Salad. Nothing much to describe, it is only plain slices of cucumbers with baby tomato & bean sprouts. Then i have few salads with various ingredients like fish, prawn, clams, bean curd, vegetables and fruits. After several of appetizers, i am moving to main course and start with Germany style Pork Chop with Barbeque Sauce. This really taste good, nice texture, perfect bite and tasty sauce, sure it has fat :-D but assure you it is great! Next dish i have is Lamb Schnitzel. i can say the lamb is bit dried, but still acceptable. outside skin fried super crunchy and i like it though. Then I have few kind of sausages by chicken, beef, pork & lamb. Each sausage has different smell and color, sure also different taste and texture. Over all it taste meat, i prefer the chicken and beef, for the other two i think it has the smell that i do not like especially the lamb sausage. Next i am having Sauerbraten.Sure Germany love their meat! It is a delicious roast pork dish, usually served with braised cabbage or sauerkraut and dumplings (knoedel). Then i have Kohiroulade. German style cabbage rolls with meat fillings, it normally could using beef or lamb. but this one has using pork. Cabbage skin has soft texture and meat has good taste and nice seasoning. Next is Knödel. It is Germany style dumplings, it using beef meat with some spices. It sure tasty, the seasoning suure well sucked into the meat, also it has nice bite. Another dish is Chicken Chop with Red Sauce. It is typical chicken chopped with sauce, but they do make sure all meat cooked well done especially chicken is a must. So far i have been eaten quiet many kind of foods in here, salads, vegetables and of course meats. Closing dish i need is dessert, i having some of cakes and lemon curd. It sure looks lovely and it does taste delightful

Try this new comer of best restaurant 2014, came here for a dinner buffet, and it was makes me dissapointed, they have a great selection of dishes, from seafood, indian, grill, indonesian, chinese, buffet, from the appetizers, entrees, and maybe im not a big eater but when i was tasting it, im not wondering why they are best restaurant 2014, they food are fresh , it was good, some of them are outstanding, for me, the indian cuisine, they are really good. but they let me down for their dessert, their cake, wasnt good enough, the dessert was just a dessert, maybe the dessert is my concerns, but if you have a chance to eat in Collage, just dont miss it.

Fancy an all-you-can-eat-buffet? Here, Collage's for you. Collage is the buffet restaurant at Pullman Central Park Hotel, which is adorned very elegantly, sending chic and modern feeling. There are interesting art pieces here and there, which may make you send interested glances towards them. But then, you'll get distracted right away by the food stations. Because we're here for a feast, aren't we? Various cuisines are waiting, neatly arranged, and some them are manned by waiters/waitresses who are ready to get you some food on your plate. Western, Japanese, Indonesian, Indian, and many others. Your pasta of choice will be made fresh upon order on the pasta station. Some of my plates were a bit bland before, but the overall taste is better than it needs to be. The carving station has beautiful roast protein like beef or chicken, and it will definitely tempt you endlessly. One of my favourite item is their Nasi Bakar Majapahit, fragrant grilled rice with tasty beef filling. Don't get me started on the dessert station because it is too stunning. Arrays and lines of sweet, lovely morsels are just there to make you forget about the waist-line or your diet plan. Go ahead, take everything you want and go back for more. And I just have to say, the service is superb. Friendly, quick, and welcoming. Thumbs up.
