Gastromaquia’s story began in 2008 during Spain’s global financial meltdown. In the midst of hard time, Hugo Ecolios Roldan and Ramon Figuls Palos followed their passion and love for food by opening Gastromaquia in Madrid’s up and coming location.
Gastromaquia has been awarded Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for three years in a row and has consistently been ranked among the Top 50 Restaurants in Madrid.
